Our oversized one- and two-bedroom layouts provide expansive living areas, generously sized bedrooms, and open designs that stand out from typical downtown apartments. Select two-bedroom floor plans even include a dedicated study, ideal for working from home without sacrificing your living space. For those needing even more room, our three-bedroom townhome-style apartments combine the privacy of a home with the convenience of downtown living. Select apartment homes feature beautifully renovated interiors with modern finishes, updated cabinetry, refreshed fixtures, and contemporary touches throughout. Every home also includes a private outdoor storage closet, offering valuable extra space for bikes, seasonal décor, or additional storage needs. At The Haven, spacious living is the standard. Renovated homes are available in select units.

The Haven welcomes your furry friends. We use PetScreening to register pets, which helps us keep the community enjoyable and well-maintained for all residents. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment. Breed restrictions may apply. Be sure to review our pet policies and register your pet with our office before welcoming home your furry friend. Call for more details!

Our hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 am- 5:30 pm and Wednesday from 12:00 pm - 5:30 pm. Book a tour online or call us during office hours.

Yes, our Damage Waiver Program is required at our community. Personal Property coverage is not required, but we highly recommend obtaining to cover your personal belongings. Please contact the office for more details.

We offer traditional security deposits. You can review our holding deposit charge by using the “Calculate My Costs” tool on our floorplan tab! Deposit amounts can vary.

Love where you live? Renew at The Haven in a few clicks. Renewal offers are sent via email and posted on doors approximately 90 days before a resident’s lease end date. Have additional questions? Give us a call, or stop by the leasing office.

Move‑in dates vary based on availability and the completion of your application. When you apply, we’ll gladly help you choose a move‑in date that fits your timing and makes your transition smooth.

On move-in day, everything will be ready for you! Once your rental application is approved, we send a detailed welcome email with your new address and a move-in preparation guide so that you may ensure utilities are set up, required payments are submitted and all necessary information is submitted to ensure a smooth and stress-free move.

We hope you never leave, but if you must, a 60‑day written notice is required. To ensure a smooth transition for all, our team will provide detailed move‑out instructions, which may include a pre‑move‑out inspection, an overview of the check‑out process, and what to expect on your final move‑out statement.
